Rachel Larson Long
Rachel Larson Long enjoys teaching art classes for grades four, five, and six at three different elementary schools in Billings. Previous art teaching experience was gained Miles City, Columbus, Great Falls, and the Territory of Guam. She has majors in Fine Arts and Art Education from MSU-Bozeman, and her M.A. in Art Therapy from Marylhurst Univeristy in Portland, Oregon. She has established Art Therapy programs in the Guam Public Schools, and in a women’s shelter on the Falthead Reservation, as well as providng Art Therapy in the Arlee Elementary School and other sites. She shows her own work at “Hang ups: Tanner/Long Gallery” in the Rue’d Artiste Building.
