Barbara Kirk, violinist, received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Eastern Montana College. She is teaching elementary music in the Laurel school system and teaches violin privately to 25 students. She has attended Suzuki workshops in Caldwell, Idaho and also attended one in Chicago where she studied with Dr. Suzuki. She started a strolling strings group with her students, using Suzuki literature and they have performed for local nursing homes and schools in Hardin, Montana.
